Refund policy

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

We are sorry to hear that you have changed your mind and would like to refund/exchange your order.

Before you proceed, please be aware that you will bear the cost of return postage and it must be posted via a tracked or insured method. We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product. Sale products cannot be refunded.

In the event that you decide to refund/exchange your order, please email us at hello@furythestore with:

  • Order number
  • Full name and contact number
  • Products in the order to be refunded
  • Reason for Refund/Exchange. 

We will agree to refund the item(s) if the items:

  • Are in original packaging and is unworn/unused. 
  • Email requesting to Exchange/Refund your order is emailed to us within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  • Products are shipped within 5 working days after receiving a confirmation email from us acknowledging receipt of your Exchange/Refund email.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 business days to contact us 
if the products are faulty and we will replace it free of charge and cover all associated shipping costs.
