Shipping Information

All orders with in stock items will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it has been sent out with tracking details.

All products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. 

Domestic Shipping within Australia

All orders will be delivered by Australia Post, costs will be determined by your order weight and delivery location. Complimentary shipping for domestic orders above $100.00AUD.

Smaller items including custom name tags, tags and attachable leash patches can be sent via Registered Letter Post at a flat rate of $6.00AUD.

Bulky items such as our slow feeders and settle mat will incur higher shipping fees.

International Shipping

All orders will be delivered by Australia Post, with prices shown at checkout. Shipping rates are determined by destination and total order weight.

You may be liable for your country's import tax when you receive your shipment. We will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred, this applies to Canada, United Kingdom and countries in the EU.

We have resumed shipping to the United States and the shipping cost shown at checkout includes tariffs costs.
